The University of Georgia’s Online News Association/Society of Professional Journalists hosted its first meeting of 2015 on Jan. 29. ONA/SPJ invited the Career Center’s Samantha Meyer and the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication’s experiential learning director Ryan Carty to help prepare student journalists for the upcoming Grady Career Fair as well as give advice on résumés, cover letters and elevator pitches.
